Considering that this is the best hotel in Banda Aceh, I’d definitely stay here again. Good buffet spread for breakfast, friendly front desk, concierge and guards. Spacious room.

Outdated design but still better than the previous hotel we stayed.

The breakfast is good suit the price, and the location is surround with shops although a bit far from city center. The design & architecture is nice & worth it. The city view also nice especially during dawn.

Very disappointed with the service from the staffs as it is not represent the 5 star hotels. I saw the staff give good service to customer who comes with big/luxury car etc. The facilities also a bit disappointing where I can't find the gym (not sure they have it or not) and there is no iron provided in my room. And the water heater also not function well where the pressure is very slow for hot water.

So I ordered an extra bed for 350.000 and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. The extra bed didn’t event come with a proper blanket. The hallway of the room also has a strong damp smells from the carpet. And I’m most disappointed at the price of a mineral water bottle which is 25.000/bottle. At first I thought the water was evian or other imported brand, however it turned out just a local brand of mineral water yet the price is very very expensive.

The breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly. Nearby shop lot that you can try local dish.

The air conditioning did not work accordingly. The temperature in my room at 5.30am is at 25.5 degree. The water pressure are low and the cleanliness of the shower area is not up to expectation

The rooms were okay.

All three of us got very bad food poisoning from the restaurant. I would expect better food hygiene in a five star hotel. Additionally the food didn't taste very good and the meat was tough.You have to pay extra to use the pool.The location of the hotel is not nice. It is right next to a very big street, you can't really take a walk in the neighborhood and there aren't a lot of shops, like advertised on the website.

We booked here only for one night and it was OK. We have been in other five star hotels and this one is in comparisson a province five stars. For the price fully OK, not much to complain, except that there were only 1 bath towel per person provided, no face towel. Our rooms needed some renovation but was clean and quiet.The personal is proffesional and friendly. They stored our luggage while we visited the town.The breakfast was great, lot of choice and live counters. Mostly Asian food, which was delicious (we avoid Western food while in Asia).

The breakfast left out all night. Very dated, smellof smoke in the rooms. Not clean.

We loved the breakfast! Everything was fresh and there were so many delicious options. We ate dinner there as well because the food was so good and the staff was so helpful and kind. We highly recommend this hotel!

Good central location. Very comfy bed. Bathroom good with great shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast choice reasonably good. Air con in room very good. WiFi pretty good in room and in public areas.

Towels not very good quality. Decor really needs updating - big patch of wallpaper missing behind curtain and paint on skirting boards badly chipped. Couldn’t switch off bright light near the door without switching off all power, which we needed to keep on for charging phones overnight - so had to have bright light on all night. Breakfast buffet not kept hot - dishes need hotplates to stop them getting cold. Chicken porridge tasty but cold and think condiments were not replaced every day.

Nice local food, excellent staff. The front desk called me to make sure the room could be cleaned even though the privacy light was on, because they saw that I was out and not in the room, thanks Ninda (If i not mistaken her name)

Some off the bread and croissant are hard, no cheese, less salad, bitter cucumber. Under bed need to clean as well.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which improved the overall experience. The hotel's central location was convenient, and the availability of internet was a plus.

The room AC was ineffective, and mosquitoes were an issue. Additionally, there was a slight unpleasant smell in the room. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par, and I would not recommend dining at the hotel. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the dining room left much to be desired, especially during breakfast.

Requested Anniversary set up which acknowledged upon reservation - Not done as promised.Shower in the room too slowAC not function well. At night too hot unable to adjusted. Reported once nothing changed.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Welcome drinks also provided. Breakfast buffet was great & plenty of choices. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A lot of cafe & some restaurant within walking distance.

Please do check the pastry area, the place where donuts are. The other day, something smelly. Maybe the smell came from the display board where the donuts are.
